Recipe 17:Green Beans Fried Rice

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Servings: 3

Description:Try this dish and the taste of it will surely convince you to have it again and again!

Ingredients:

White rice–2 cups

Oil–2 tbsp.

Green beans–2 cups

Chicken(pieces) –1 lb.

Coconut milk–1 cup

Lime juice–1 tbsp.

Spring onion(sliced) –2

Red chili sauce–2 tbsp.

Soy sauce–2 tbsp.

Directions:

1.Add oil and beans into the fry pan.

2.Mix coconut milk, lime juice, spring onion, red chili sauce and soy sauce.

3.Cook for 10 minutes.

4.Add chicken and cook for another 10 minutes.

5.When the chicken is cooked, add white rice and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

6.When ready, serve and enjoy!
