Directions:

1. Slice the mushrooms and put them into your slow cooker.

2. Add the pork chop and green pepper.

3. Peel the onion and carrots.

4. Cut the carrots into strips and chop the onion.

5. Add the vegetables into your slow cooker.

6. Add in the chicken stock, sugar, sour cream and garlic.

7. Combine the flour and tomato juice and stir.

8. Add the tomato juice mixture into your slow cooker.

9. Stir to combine and then close the lid.

10. Cook the meal for about 8 hours on low.

11. Serve warm and enjoy!
