The ‘other things’ were included in the version of the Proposals in A Declaration of the Engagements, Remonstrances, Representations, proposals, desires and resolutions from His Excellency Sir Thomas Fairfax, and the General Council of the Army [the Army Book of Declarations] (1647) E 409/25, pp. 118–20.
