5–6 center-cut loin pork chops

3 Tbsp. olive oil

1 onion, sliced

1 green pepper, cut in strips

8-oz. can tomato sauce

1½ Tbsp. Truvia Brown Sugar Blend

1 Tbsp. vinegar

1½ tsp. salt

1 tsp. liquid aminos

1. Brown chops in oil in skillet. Transfer to slow cooker.

2. Add remaining ingredients to cooker.
