2 ½ cups all purpose unbleached flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp kosher or sea salt

1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp ground nutmeg

½ tsp ground cloves

¼ tsp ground cardamom

4 eggs, at room temperature

2 cups white granulated sugar

1 cup vegetable oil (or canola)

2 cups pre-made sauerkraut (homemade or store bought), rinsed and drained well

1 cup raisins or sultanas

¾ cups chopped walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease and line a 14” x 9” baking dish
