3 potatoes, diced

1 onion, diced

3 eggs, boiled and scrambled

2 tbsp olive oil

A pinch of salt

A pinch of pepper

Dough:

2 ½ cup all-purpose flour

1 egg

½ cup butter

A pinch of salt

A pinch of pepper

Directions:

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add the onion.

Add the diced potatoes and spices.

Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring.

Finally, add the scrambled egg and seasoned it with salt and pepper.

For the dough, in a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.

Beat a little bit the egg. Make a hole in the middle of the dry ingredients.

Add the egg and butter. Knead until get soft dough Preheat the oven to 400 °

Roll the dough and cut circle shapes.

You can use a jumbo cookie cutter.

Put 1-2 tbsp of filling in the middle of the dough circles.

Close the circles in half and press the edges with a fork.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
