How to Make a Soufflé

Ingredients

2 tbsp butter

3 medium sweet onions, chopped

5 slices fresh bread, cut into cubes

10 oz. evaporated milk

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1 C. shredded Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Set your oven to 350 degrees F before doing anything else and lightly, grease a 1 1/2-quart soufflé dish.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the onions for about 10-15 minutes.

Remove from the heat and transfer the onions into a large bowl.

Add the bread cubes, eggs, milk, 3/4 C. of the cheese and salt and stir to combine.

place the mixture into prepared soufflé dish and top with the remaining 1/4 C. of the cheese.

Cook in the oven for about 25 minutes.
