Ingredients

1 (3 lb) bone-in leg of lamb, or more to taste

1 tsp dried thyme

1/2 C. broth

1 tsp sea salt

1 lemon, juiced

1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper

2 tbsps raw honey

2 tbsps Dijon mustard

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp dried rosemary

Directions

1. Let your lamb sit for 3 hrs on a counter top in a bowl.

2. Add your broth to the crock of a slow cooker.

3. Now get a bowl, combine: pepper, lemon juice, salt, honey, thyme, rosemary, mustard, vinegar, and garlic.

4. Stir the mix until it becomes paste like then coat your lamb with the mix.

5. Place everything into the crock pot and cook the contents for 5 hrs with a low level of heat.

6. Enjoy.
