Preparation:

Wash the lettuce, dry it, and spread on a large serving dish. Peel the cucumbers and cut them into small cubes.

Cut pears into the same cubes, like cucumbers.

Put a pear and cucumber in a lettuce leaf into the center of the dish and sprinkle a little with salt. In a separate bowl, mash the cheese with the sour-cream, using a fork. Add finely chopped dill to the mixture. Place the mixture over the pears and cucumber. Fry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan a little, and sprinkle over a salad on top.
