15 Ketogenic Fat Bombs
These fat bombs are so delicious, you won’t even need to be on the ketogenic diet to enjoy these bombs.
Makes: 8 servings
Total Prep Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
8 ounces of cream cheese, soft
½ cup of creamy peanut butter
¼ cup + 2 Tbsp. of coconut oil
1 tsp. of salt
1 cup of dark chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Place a sheet of parchment paper onto a baking sheet.
2. In a bowl, add in the soft cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, ¼ cup of the coconut oil and dash of salt. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth in consistency.
3. Transfer into the freezer to chill for 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Scoop the mix into golf ball sized balls. Place back into the fridge to chill for 5 minutes or until hard.
5. In a separate bowl, add in the chocolate chips and remaining 2 tablespoon of coconut oil. Microwave for 30 seconds or until melted. Stir well to mix. Drizzle over the top of the peanut balls.
6. Place back into the fridge to chill for 5 minutes or until hard.
7. Serve.
