INGREDIENTS

2½ cups kale greens

⅓ cup blueberries

½ cup green grapes

⅓ cup pineapples

½ cup mango

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

¾ cup coconut water

Ice to taste

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.

Add ice to taste and blend again.

Pour into a large glass and enjoy.
