3 cups cake flour

1½ cups sugar

4 t baking powder

1 t salt

½ cup milk

½ cup Amarula Cream

1 cup vegetable oil

4 large eggs

2 T vanilla extract

FILLING

½ cup cream—divide this into 2 x ¼ cups

½ cup Peppermint Liqueur

5 T sugar

2 T cornstarch

2 egg yolks

1 whole egg

2 T butter

1 t vanilla extract

ICING

½ cup butter or margarine

2½ cups sifted confectioner’s sugar

4 T Amarula

DECORATIONS

Green gel food coloring

Cream cake glitter dust
