LEEK AND COURGETTE CURRY

Alkaline

Ingredients for 2 portions

250 g leeks

250 g courgettes

1 small onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon of coconut oil

1 teaspoon of curry powder

1 pinch of ginger

Crystal salt

Milled pepper

150 ml vegetable soup (see p. 71)

4 tablespoons of coconut milk

A few sprigs of parsley

2 tablespoons of tahini (sesame paste)

Sorrel and marjoram leaves and borage and red clover blossoms to garnish
