*GREEN SALAD WITH FETA;

Ingredients

1tablespoon canola oil

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ teaspoon lemon juice

1/3 cup of feta

½ table spoon cider vinegar

A pinch of salt

A pinch of pepper

1 large sliced cucumber

1 medium radish

1 medium onion

1 medium tomato

The vinaigrette: Put 1 tablespoon of canola oil, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/3 cup of feta, ½ tablespoon of cider vinegar, ½ teaspoon of lemon juice, sprinkle of freshly ground pepper and sprinkle salt. Puree it in the blender till combined. Toss all the greens in a large bowl, on top add cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes and onions. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad. This salad has 6 grams of carbohydrates per serving. Enjoy this beautifully refreshing dish.
