ROASTED CORN
Corn on the cob is another one of my favorites. I like it roasted in the husk, sheared off the cob and browned in a skillet with butter, even boiled in hot water. It’s one of those things that you really can’t mess up, which gives you a chance to play around with spices, butters, herbs, and all kinds of fun stuff. Give my ideas a try, and then make up some of your own.
