9.3.2. Current
Content currency is a fairly straightforward one. How old is the content? Does it reflect any updated brand style guidelines in terms of how it’s written? Or does it seems out of place with the newer content? If so, mark it for revision.
9.3.3. Accurate
Accuracy, too, has a fairly simple test. Is it still true? This is an especially important measure for product descriptions or support content.
9.3.4. Engaging
Engaging content is easy and fun (or at least not unpleasant) to read. This is a subjective measure, of course, and maybe not even entirely appropriate for your site. If your site is a collection of government policies or tax law documentation, for example, no one will expect it to be fun to read. In general, though, your content should engage your customers enough that they will take the next action you want them to take – buy your product, share the content, learn something, and so on.
