Ingredients:

● 2 cups mixed berries of your choice

● 1 tablespoon chia seeds + extra for garnishing

● 1 cup pomegranate juice, unsweetened

● 1 cup water

● 1 cup ice cubes

Method:

Add berries, chia seeds, pomegranate juice water and ice cubes into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into tall glasses and serve sprinkled with chia seeds.

Raspberry Oatmeal Smoothie

Serves: 3-4

Ingredients:

● 2 bananas, peeled, sliced

● 1 cup frozen raspberries

● 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats

● ½ cup plain lowfat yogurt

● 2 tablespoons chia seeds

● 2 cups coconut water or water

● 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

● Crushed ice

Method:

Add all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more coconut water if you desire a smoothie of thinner consistency.

Pour into tall glasses and serve with crushed ice.
