45-Plum Butter

Time: 8 hours 20 minutes

Serve: 12

Ingredients:

● 8 cups plums, halved & remove pits

● 1/3 cup lemon juice

● 1 ½ cups sugar

Directions:

Add plums, lemon juice, and sugar into the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.

Using immersion blender puree the plum mixture until smooth.

Ladle plum butter into the clean jars.

Seal jars with lids. Process in a water bath canner for 10 minutes.

Remove jars from the water bath and let it cool completely.

Check seals of jars. Label and store.
