PEPPERMINT ICED BUTTERED COFFEE

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups of coffee (hot brewed, made with an Aeropress)

1-2 tablespoons of MCT Oil

1-2 drops of peppermint oil (food-grade)

Organic stevia extract

3 tablespoons of grass-fed butter

1 scoop of whey

Ice

Sprinkled vanilla to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend in the MCT oil and butter into the brewed coffee and mix until it is dissolved and frothy

Blend in stevia and ice

Add in whey and blend on the lowest speed possible for no more than 5 seconds

Add in peppermint oil

Shake coffee in a covered blender container or a covered glass to mix

Sprinkle vanilla on top
