Gingered Broccoli

Ingredients:

3 cups broccoli, chopped

½ tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

2 tablespoons water

2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced

½ tablespoon fish sauce

½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Directions:

1. Put oil, ginger and garlic in a large non-stick skillet and sauté for 1 minute.

2. Add broccoli and sauté for 2 minutes.

3. Stir in water and fish sauce and cook for about 3 minutes.

4. Add vinegar and stir gently and serve hot.
