A sore, delicate zone in the bosom. May feel like a bump under the skin; skin may look red.

The causes: A milk pipe has gotten blocked, now and then since something is putting pressure there (like a too cozy bra). The milk backs up and makes pressure behind the attachment. Generally this is in the bosom, however now and again one of the openings at the areola gets stopped — this resembles a little white speck on the finish of the areola.

The fix: How would it be able to be settled? Here's a little rhyme to sum up: Moist warmth, rest, back rub and void the bosom.
