Fresh Young Corn Salad
Ingredients
corn from 2 cobs
any sweet peppers - I use one yellow and one small red pepper
1 hot pepper - one single jalapeno
1 teaspoon of hemp or flax oil
1 tablespoon of lime juice
Cooking
The easiest way to cut off the corn from the cob is to use a thin, long fish knife with small teeth. I don’t like corn oil so I dress salad with a small quantity of hemp oil. In addition, such salad doesn’t need any salt, so you may do without it.
