Blood Type A Diet Recipes

1) Amaranth Crackers

Cooking Time: 8 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

 1 cup of amaranth flour (¼ cup amaranth flour for rolling)

 1 tbsp of arrowroot flour

 1 tsp of ground dried chives (or any other desired herb)

 1 tbsp of flaxseed whole or ground (optional)

 2 tbsp of olive oil

 2 tsp of sea salt

 ½ cup of water

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400° F.

Mix together the dry Ingredients in a bowl.

In another bowl, mix oil and water; beat with fork.

Slowly add oil/water to the dry Ingredients, turning the flour slowly.

Combine the Ingredients until they form a firm ball.

Grease the baking pan and roll out the balls of dough until they are ⅛-inch thick.

Place them in the oven for about 3–5 minutes.

Remove and flip the crackers, and place them back into the oven for 3 more minutes.

Serve them warm or cold.
