Pork Plum Kebabs

Ingredients:

Salt—¼ tsp.

Pork belly—1 lb.

Skewers—8

Black peppers—¼ tsp.

For the glaze:

Soy sauce—1 tbsp.

Plum sauce—½ cup

Garlic—1 clove, minced

Chili paste—1 ½ tsps.

Instructions:

1. Prepare your Big Green Egg by preheating it to a temperature of about 400°F for the direct process of grilling.

2. Grease the grilling rack for three times.

3. Make small cubes of the belly meat and weave them onto the available skewers. Use pepper and salt to coat the meat and transfer to the greased grilling rack.

4. Give about 24–25 minutes of grilling. Keep turning the kebabs after every 5 minutes.

5. Make a mixture of glaze in a large enough bowl and use it for glazing when there are only 9–10 minutes left to complete the grilling process.

6. Don’t overcook, and take out when you see a crispy texture on the surface of pork belly meat.

8. Serve warm.
