◊ LEGS ◊ KNEE ◊ HIP

Knee reinforcement

◊ Using a pillow, place it between your legs and apply pressure to it as if you want to close them

◊ Keep your arms on your thighs or if you prefer firmly in the chair, Inhale as you raise your right knee and exhale as you lower it performing the movement slowly

◊ Perform 3 times and repeat with the other leg

◊ Do not perform this exercise if you feel pain while performing the movement
