Logic Tier
Now let’s move to what happens in the back-end. Whenever John interacts with the system, the front-end interacts with the transactional system through an intermediate logic tier and serves John. The logic tier stores all the logic required to perform commands, mathematical calculations, analytical decision-making structure, and other operations. The output of these operations provides John with a relevant interaction experience with the product, including accessing account information or viewing recommendations. It is responsible for moving the data between the front- and the back-end and ensuring that all of John’s requests are processed correctly.
