Target: low back muscles (erector spinae)

1 Stand 1 to 2 feet away from a wall and place the MFR ball in the lower left back, just to the right of the spine (or in the meaty area of the low back, called the erector spinae muscles. Lean into the ball so that the ball is pinned between the wall and your lower back.

2 While continuing to lean against the ball, slowly bend the knees and stand back up, allowing the ball to roll up and down the lower back muscles until you feel it hit a tender/trigger point area. Continue a combined rolling and holding technique across all affected areas.

Repeat on the opposite side.
