Salmon with Rosemary

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons rosemary

2 teaspoons lemon juice

2 teaspoons olive oil

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1/2 pound salmon

1 small pinch pepper

Directions:

1. Cut salmon in half.

2. In a bowl, combine the rosemary, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, garlic and pepper.

3. Use a brush to apply the mixture into the salmon.

4. Place the broiler pan in the oven and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
