Editors: This is definitely inspiring work! Can you share with us some of your current projects and how they support Asian American Studies?

Sine: One of the current projects I’ve been working on is developing a network of librarians and students called Research 4 Resistance. We’re looking to understand and better support research that makes a social impact, whether it be in the social sciences, humanities, STEM fields, or in any discipline. Given the ways in which students want to connect their research to their personal and political lives, this kind of initiative has been really promising. Another important set of initiatives focuses on digitization of materials and building our capacity to preserve and make accessible born-digital materials as well as increase the digital literacy of the students and community we serve.
