1 can of full fat coconut milk

1 teaspoon of turmeric

Directions:

Place all of the ingredients into a large stock pot, and boil for about 10 minutes.

Use an immersion blender to blend, and make the soup smooth. If you are using a blender, let the soup cool before blending.
