Method:

1. Remove bones from chicken nibbles, and wash and drain on the side.

2. Marinade nibbles with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine,

sugar, salt and pepper in a container for over 4 hrs.

3. Cut the capsicums into 0.5 cm width strips.

4. Clean and dry enoki mushroom.

5. Preheat oven at 180 ℃.

6. Stuff one of each colour capsicums and enoki mushroom into

the chicken nibbles.

7. Lay the stuffed nibbles on a baking tray and grill for 15 minutes.

8. Flip and brush the marinade sauce on the nibbles every 7

minutes.

9. Plate and serve with seasonal green salads
