Cooking Spray for greasing the pans

For the Frosting:

6 Oz Farmer Cheese

8 Oz Butter, unsalted, softened

3 cups Sugar, powdered

EQUIPMENT:

Bundt baking pan, Stand or hand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, Small, medium and large mixing bowls, 1 to 2 wire cooling racks, Food processor or hand grater, Cake decorating piping tips and bags (optional).
