Polaris is visible from almost anywhere on the globe, but that has nothing to do with whether or not the Earth is a globe. It does have a lot to do with distance. Polaris is so far away from us that we have a wide view, it’s position being in the North, never blocked by the Sun.

Constellations in the northern hemisphere are visible from every northern meridian, while the southern hemisphere sometimes hides certain southern stars and constellations, depending on where you are. This definitively proves a flat Earth with a dome of small lights, not a globe spinning in outer space.
