APPETIZER

N GRILLED JUMBO SHRIMP n

MARINADE:

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Juice of one whole lemon

6 basil leaves, chopped

1 tablespoon white vinegar

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

2 pounds of large or jumbo shrimp (11 to 15 shrimp to the pound),

cleaned and deveined. (You will need 24 shrimp, three per person.)
