Cottage Cheese Snack

Ingredients:

10 cherry tomatoes - halved or quartered

1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese

1/4 tsp dried basil - or 1 tablespoon fresh-sliced

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 1/2 tbsps sliced olives

Directions:

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Put the cottage cheese in a small bowl and stir in the basil and black pepper. Gently stir in the sliced olives and tomatoes.

Ingredients:

1 cup carrots (diced)

1/2 cup onion (chopped)

1 cup bell pepper (chopped)

2 cloves garlic (pressed)

1 jalapeno pepper (minced)
