Quick Chicken Gravy

Ingredients

Boneless chicken - 250 gm small pieces

Curd - 2 table spoon

Tomato - 2 finely chopped

Onion - 1 sliced

Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 table spoon

Turmeric powder - 1/2 table spoon

Coriander powder - 1/2 table spoon

Fennel seed - 1 table spoon

Cinnamon -1/4-inch

Cardamom - 2 whole

Cloves - 2

Oil - 3 table spoon

Curry leaves and coriander leaves few

Salt to taste

To grind:

Small onion - 10

Ginger - 1 inch

Garlic - 10.

Wash the chicken pieces and put them in a bowl.
