Fosamax Fiasco

“I took Fosamax for ten years, starting right after it was put on the market. I now have osteonecrosis of the jaw, or ONJ. I have lost two teeth from this and have to be very careful when I have my teeth cleaned to prevent further problems. My dentist cannot figure out what caused my ONJ (I had no tooth extractions or other procedures to trigger it). He had never seen ONJ or had any warnings about it.
