Rock-a-Bye Roll (3 minutes) Lie on your back and hug your knees to your chest.
Cross your ankles and if you can, wrap both arms around your shins.
Inhale as you take 3 seconds to slowly rock yourself forward and then exhale as you take 3 seconds to rock back. Do this 10 times.
Nighttime Goddess Stretch (2 minutes) Lie on your back with your knees bent.
Put the soles of your feet together and let your knees fall open to form a diamond shape with your legs.
Rest your arms by your sides in the most comfortable position you can find.
If you feel any strain, put small pillows under your knees to elevate them.
