The PESTLE Analysis may follow the procedure depicted by ( Figure.11 ), through these shown stages.

Before you ( Figure.11 ) is the procedure that is worthwhile following to carry out the PESTLE Analysis and structure its deployment. This approach will you gain time and steer you in the right direction.
As shown ( Figure.11 ),
- We start off by element "Zero" of the diagram, the 'PESTLE Analysis procedure' .
- Thereafter, we launch with (stage.1), 'generate possible issues '.
- These issues are filtered at (stage.2), to 'create prominent issues' .
- The procedure leads on, then, to 'determine a selection criteria' (stage.3),
- Then we carry out the 'selection pertinent issues' (stage.4), and,
- End up by 'create a Plan of Action, and Implement' , [i.e., a Gant Chart] (stage.5).
