Chocolate Nutella Cheesecake Cups

If you love the taste of Reese’s Peanut Butter cups, then these are cups that I know you will fall in love with. Make these whenever you have the desire to spoil yourself.

Makes: 12 servings

Total Prep Time: 2 hours and 15 minutes

Ingredients:

• 1 ¼ cup of soft cream cheese

• ½ cup of Nutella

• ½ tsp. of pure vanilla

• ¼ cup of sour cream

• 3 ½ cups of dark chocolate, chopped

Directions:

1. Line a muffin pan with paper muffin liners.

2. In a bowl, add in the soft cream cheese. Beat with a mixer for 1 minute or until smooth in consistency. Add in the Nutella, pure vanilla and sour cream. Continue to beat until smooth.

3. Place the chopped dark chocolate into a bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds or until melted.

4. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of the melted chocolate into the bottom of the muffin cups. Add the Nutella mix over the top. Spoon the remaining chocolate over the top. Repeat.

5. Cover and place into the fridge to chill for 2 hours or until set.

6. Serve.
