2.Banana Toasties

“A treat for children young and old!”

Ingredients:

•2 slices of Bread

•1 banana, sliced

•Lemon Juice (if you want this less sweet)

•1 tablespoon Nutella Chocolate Spread

•Icing Sugar to dust

•(You will need a sandwich toaster or even better a Panini press)

Method:

1.Spread Nutella on both slices of bread generously.

2.Then spread the sliced banana on top of the chocolate spread of one slice.

3.Add drops of lemon juice to the banana now, if you want the toasties less sweet. This step is, of course, optional.

4.Sandwich the two slices together, with the bananas in the centre.

5.Toast in the sandwich toaster until golden brown.

6.Remove and slice diagonally into 4 triangles.

7.Serve dusted with icing sugar.
