WHOLE TOASTER WITH DAMASK AND YOGHURT

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp yogurt 1 tbsp honey

3 dried apricots

1 slice whole-wheat toast

PREPARATION METHOD

Cut the apricots in half, place on the slice of whole toast, put the yogurt on the apricots and sweeten with the honey spoon, then serve.

Yield: 1 serving / Degree of difficulty: Easy / Preparation time: 2min

To complement this meal, consume 1 fresh seasonal fruit and drink a cup of tea (preferably for herbal infused teas) and can replace the tea with a cup of pure black coffee or latte.
