Was it surprising to see that you are ignoring many positive aspects of your performance and paying a great deal of attention only to negative aspects? It is important to keep practicing this skill by completing numerous records to try to broaden your attention. It is best if you can try to broaden your attention at the time that you are noticing the negative thoughts. It can be difficult sometimes to acknowledge the positive aspects of your performance at the time, and this is where learning to focus on other aspects of the situation can be really helpful in drawing your attention away from any negative points. So, for example, when you are talking to a colleague at work, rather than dwelling on the negative thought that your appearance is flawed because you have a crease in your shirt, broaden your attention to focus on the content of what your colleague is saying, what the color of his shirt is and what objects are around you at the time, and asking him questions about his weekend. If you are having trouble broadening your attention in the situation, try actively to bring your attention into the moment by focusing on the content of what you see and hear, and involve yourself in what is going on around you, rather than what is going on inside your head.
