Easy Strawberry Tiramisu

The perfect dessert when you don’t have much time! It looks amazing and tastes the same!

Preparation Time: 25 minutes

4 serving sizes

Ingredient List:

8 sponge finger biscuits

1 punnet of strawberries, cut in half

Fresh mint leaves

1 tub of mascarpone cheese

1/3 cup of marsala

½ tsp. of instant coffee

1 ½ Tbsp. of icing sugar

¼ cup of brown sugar

1 Tbsp. of boiling water

Instructions:

Grab a bowl and pop your cheese and icing sugar in. Mix well with wooden spoon.

In a coffee mug, combine coffee and boiling water.

Grab out a fry pan and heat it up over a high flame. Pour in coffee, marsala, and brown sugar. Cook till sugar is dissolved.

Lower flame to low and pop your strawberries in. Gently cook for 1 minute, then set aside.

Pop your biscuits on plates, then pour the syrup over. Mascarpone goes on next, with strawberries and mint on top.
