Ingredients
Three large knobs fresh ginger
Clean water
Jar
Method
1. Clean and dice ginger.
2. Place ginger in a jar.
3. Pour boiling water into the jar.
4. Cover and let sit for 6 – 9 hours.
5. Strain.
6. Serve with honey or any natural organic
sweetener.
