Ingredients

1 loaf crusty bread, sliced into 10 slices

salt & pepper

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar

1/3 C. olive oil

3 plum tomatoes, diced

1 tsp diced onion

2 tsp chopped fresh basil

Directions

1. Set your grill for high heat and lightly, grease the grill grate.

2. In a bowl, add the garlic and oil and mix well.

3. Keep aside for about 10 minutes.

4. Coat the both sides of each bread slice with a thin layer of the oil.

5. Cook the bread slices onto the grill until toasted.

6. Meanwhile, in the bowl of remaining garlic oil, add the onion, tomatoes, herbs, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix well.

7. Place the tomato mixture over each slice and enjoy.
