1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon water

Directions:

Preheat a frying pan over medium heat.

In the meantime, cut pork chops into small chunks.

Next, once the pan is heated, add the oil and the pork chop chunks. Cook meat for 7 minutes or until done.

Place the water and broccoli, stir.

Cook meat and broccoli for 3 minutes.

As meat is cooking, prepare peanut sauce in a small bowl.

Add the ingredients together and whisk until well combined.

Pour peanut sauce over meat mixture and add the green onions, peanuts, and black sesame seeds. Stir mixture to coat evenly and cook for a minute more.

Plate and serve.

TIP:

If there are any leftovers you can store them in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
