Honor Your Differences squares

• 1 cup dried Figs (no soaking).

• Zest from one organic Lemon

• 3 t Lemon juice

• 0.5 t Himalayan salt

• 3 T virgin Coconut oil

• 4 T Coconut flour, (the kind you buy)

• 2 T Lúcuma

Cut the stems off the Figs and add them to a food processor and process until you have a paste. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until you have a dough.

Spread the dough on a parchment paper and put another paper on top. Roll out the dough until it is about 0.5 inch. Cut it in smaller pieces and put it in the fridge to harden. Decorate with Lúcuma and Cacao nibs.

Try using baby figs instead of the regular size. You will get a more fudge flavour. However they need to be soaked for about one hour before ready.
