Ingredients

1 Carrots

2 Golden apples

½ Cucumber

2 oz. Ginger

1 Basil

• ½ Banana

• 1 Pear

• 5 oz. Ice

Preparation

◈ Cut all ingredients into large, arbitrary.

◈ Squeeze the juice from carrots, cucumbers, ginger, apples, and pears. One-quarter of pears to be postponed.

◈ In a blender put a quarter of pears, banana, basil, and ice. Pour the juice and punch for a minute.
