Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter
2 ounces cream cheese
1 cup heavy (whipping) cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, finely minced
Directions:
1. Set a saucepan over medium heat, with your heavy cream, cream cheese and butter.
2. Whisk slowly and constantly until the butter and cream cheese melt.
3. Add the Parmesan, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Continue to whisk until everything is well blended. Turn the heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 8 minutes to allow the sauce to blend and thicken.
4. Season with pink salt and pepper and stir to combine.
5. Toss with your favorite hot, precooked, keto-friendly noodles and serve.
6. Keep this sauce in a sealed glass container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
